Where is my order?

Please check the status of your order with the tracking details given in your dispatch e-mail. If you are still unclear as to the status of your order, please e-mail stating your name and order number and we will contact you by e-mail within 24 hours.

I'm a designer and I would like to work with you, how do I get in touch?

If you would like to work with us, please send your details to stating “designer” in the subject line and we will get back to you.

How can I exchange or return an item purchased online?

Please take a look at our Returns Policy. Contact us by e-mail at leaving a message to receive the return address to send your item.

Can I cancel or change my order?

To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.

I have a promotional or discount code. How do I use it for an online purchase?

If you have received a discount code, then you can type in the code at checkout. Unfortunately, it is not possible to use two discount codes in one order.

What are the delivery types?

Currently only standard shipping is available please be aware this can take up to 10 working days.

How can I pay for my purchases?

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro and Electron.

I cannot find my size or the colour I like. What should I do?

We don’t currently have the facility to let you know when an item is due back in stock. As we like to offer you new and exciting products regularly, we don’t tend to restock a lot of our items again. It is always worth checking back to see if something you like will be back in stock.

I have not received all the items in my order. What should I do?

It may be possible we have sent your items in separate parcels, please check your email order confirmation to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you’re not missing anything.

If an item is missing, please e-mail us at with your name, order number and the missing item name and one of our customer service representatives will respond within 24 hours.

The items received are incorrect or are defective. What should I do?

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer service team at We will be in touch within 24 hours to resolve the issue.

Are the items included in the shopping basket reserved automatically?

Items in the shopping basket will be reserved for 1 hour.
